    Overturned Kaak

    Our shanklish dish journey started in one of Lebanon‘s remote villages, famously known for using sheep milk in their homemade dairies. Fresh mint and diced tomatoes from the garden and a sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil was a breakfast staple. As it made its way through the streets of Beirut it picked up the kaak from the street vendor roaming the city streets on his bicycle.

    “Ras Asfour” Café de Paris

    Inspired by our courageous Lebanese moms who are tirelessly attempting to change National dishes from around the world (turning the Spaghetti Bolognese to Spaghetti bi lahm à la Libanaise). Motivated by the sight of hungry Lebanese queing in Paris, we created the Ras al Asfour dipped in the legendary Entrecôte sauce of Café de Paris, à la Libanaise.

    Spit-Roasted Free Range Chicken

    The world renowned Chicken Rotisserie hails from Bress, France، labeled Poule de Bress. Those elegant hens come with certification and a seal in the form of a locked ring. The Kun hens might not be wearing any rings around their fingers, but they are homegrown in Lebanese rural villages, carefully chosen by our chefs, and carry international organic certifications. A notable upgrade from their chicken ancestor, "فروج الدايخ."
